This receipt is regarded as a sufficient acknowledgment of the transaction, and no further physical or digital receipt will be issued or required. It is the responsibility of the client to retain this receipt for their records.

In the event that payment is not made within the agreed-upon timeframe or any scheduled installment remains unpaid, we reserve the right to discontinue all services immediately. Please be aware that tokens purchased as part of your service plan are non-refundable. Additionally, in the case of non-payment for services rendered, Health Icons Club reserves the right to pursue any necessary and appropriate actions to collect outstanding balances. This may include the engagement of third-party collections agencies or other legal means, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
